Subreddit/Source Configuration
For Reddit, you can specify exactly which subreddits to monitor.
Why This Matters
Reddit has thousands of subreddits. Monitoring all of them would flood you with irrelevant leads.
By selecting specific subreddits where your audience hangs out, you get higher quality leads.
Adding Subreddits
Go to Projects → Select your project → Sources tab → Reddit
Click "Add Subreddit" and enter the subreddit name (without the r/).

Subreddit-Specific Rules
Each subreddit has its own rules about self-promotion. Before replying to leads from a subreddit:
- Read the subreddit rules (sidebar)
- Check if promotional content is allowed
- Observe the community tone
Subreddit Limits by Plan
| Plan | Subreddit Limit | |------|-----------------| | Starter | 3 subreddits | | Pro | 15 subreddits | | Agency | Unlimited |
Tips for Subreddit Selection
Start narrow, expand later. Begin with 3-5 highly relevant subreddits. Add more once you understand what works.
Mix sizes. Large subreddits (1M+ members) have more posts but more competition. Small subreddits (10-50k) have fewer posts but less noise.
Check the vibe. Some subreddits are more receptive to product mentions than others. Observe before engaging.
