Cancellation

We're sad to see you go, but cancellation is easy and no-hassle.


How to Cancel

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Tell us why (optional — helps us improve)
  4. Click "Confirm Cancellation"

That's it. No phone calls. No retention specialists. No guilt trips.


What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate

  • You receive a confirmation email
  • Your subscription is marked for cancellation

Until End of Billing Period

  • Your account stays fully active
  • All features continue working
  • You can still use remaining AI drafts
  • Leads continue to be found

After Billing Period Ends

  • No further charges
  • Account becomes read-only
  • You can view old leads but won't get new ones
  • Projects and settings are preserved

Data Retention

After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days.

This includes:

  • Projects
  • Keywords
  • Lead history
  • Settings

After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.


Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? Easy to come back.

Within 30 Days

  1. Log back into StackLead
  2. Go to SettingsBilling
  3. Click "Reactivate Subscription"
  4. Choose your plan
  5. Enter payment details

All your projects, keywords, and settings will still be there.

After 30 Days

You can still reactivate, but you'll start fresh (data was deleted).

  1. Log in or create a new account
  2. Choose a plan
  3. Set up your projects again

Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

No refunds for partial months. Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Plans

Contact support@stacklead.io within 30 days of purchase for a prorated refund.

After 30 days, no refunds — but you keep access for the full year.


Pausing Instead of Canceling

Need a break but don't want to lose your setup?

Option 1: Downgrade Switch to Starter ($29/mo) to reduce costs while keeping your account.

Option 2: Keep it active Even if you don't check leads daily, they're collected for when you return.

Option 3: Cancel and return Cancel now, reactivate within 30 days with all data intact.


Feedback

When you cancel, we ask why. This is optional but helpful.

Common reasons and how we're addressing them:
