Managing Your Subscription
Everything you need to manage your StackLead subscription.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Current plan name
- Next billing date
- Payment method on file
- Usage stats (keywords, drafts used, etc.)

Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter new card details
- Click "Save"
Your new card will be used for future payments.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Billing History
For each invoice, you can see:
- Date
- Amount
- Plan
- Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
Downloading Invoices
Click any invoice to download a PDF.
Useful for:
- Expense reports
- Tax records
- Reimbursement
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll:
- Email you immediately
- Retry the payment after 3 days
- Retry again after 7 days
- Pause your account after 14 days if still failing
Fixing Failed Payments
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Update your payment method
- Click "Retry Payment"
Once successful, your account is fully restored.
Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribed.
Example:
- Subscribed on January 15
- Billed on the 15th of each month
- Next payment: February 15
Changing Billing Date
Billing date can't be changed directly, but:
- Canceling and resubscribing starts a new cycle
- Contact support for special circumstances
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage in Settings → Billing:

Drafts reset on your billing date each month.
Receipts and Tax
Need a Receipt?
Download invoices from Billing History. Each invoice serves as a receipt.
Tax Information
Prices shown do not include tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
Business/VAT
Need a VAT invoice or have special tax requirements? Contact support@stacklead.io.
Account Sharing
Each StackLead account is for individual use.
Don't:
- Share login credentials
- Use one account for multiple businesses
Do:
- Use separate accounts for separate businesses
- Contact us about team plans (coming soon)
