Email Digests

Email digests give you a summary of your leads without having to log in.

What's in a Digest

Each digest email includes:

Total new leads — Count since last digest
Top 5 highest-intent leads — Your best opportunities
Quick stats — Breakdown by platform, average intent score
Direct links — Click to view and reply immediately

Digest Types

Daily Digest

Sent every morning with leads from the past 24 hours.

Best for: Active users who want to stay on top of leads daily.

Includes:

All new leads since yesterday
Hot leads highlighted
Quick action links

Weekly Digest

Sent every Monday morning with a weekly summary.

Best for: Users who prefer less frequent updates.

Includes:

Week's total leads
Top 10 leads of the week
Platform performance
Week-over-week comparison

Using Both

You can enable both daily and weekly digests.

Daily: Tactical, day-to-day leads
Weekly: Strategic overview and trends

Customizing Digest Time

Go to Settings → Notifications → Digest Time

Choose what time works best for your schedule:

Morning (8am) — Start your day with leads
Afternoon (2pm) — Midday catch-up
Evening (6pm) — Review before end of day

Time is based on your timezone setting.

Digest Frequency Options

What If There Are No Leads?

If you have no new leads since the last digest, we don't send an empty email.

You'll only receive digests when there's something to show.

Taking Action from Digests

Each lead in the digest has quick links:

View — Open the lead in StackLead
Open Original — Go directly to the Reddit/Twitter post
Copy Draft — Copy the AI draft (on supported email clients)

Unsubscribing from Digests

From Email

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any digest email.

From Settings

Go to Settings → Notifications → Toggle digest off.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving digests?

Check your spam folder
Add hello@stacklead.io to your contacts
Verify digest is enabled in Settings
Check if you have leads (no leads = no digest)
