By accessing or using StackLead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StackLead is a lead generation platform that monitors social media platforms including Reddit, Twitter/X, Hacker News, and Indie Hackers for potential business opportunities. The Service uses AI to score lead intent and generate reply drafts.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Violate the terms of service of any monitored platform
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service provides AI-generated reply drafts. You acknowledge that:
- AI drafts are suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
- You are solely responsible for any content you post on third-party platforms
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
- You should ensure all posted content complies with the target platform's rules
6. Payment and Billing
For paid plans:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StackLead and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKLEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
