Notification Preferences
Control how and when StackLead notifies you about new leads.
Accessing Notification Settings
Go to Settings → Notifications

In-App Notifications
Get notified inside StackLead when:
- Hot lead found — A lead scores 7+ intent
- Daily digest ready — Your summary is available
- Keyword match — New match for your keywords
Viewing In-App Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top right corner to see your notifications.
Unread notifications show a red badge with the count.
Email Notifications
Receive emails for important events.
Notification Types
Hot Lead Alerts Immediate email when a 9-10 intent lead is found. These are your highest-priority opportunities.
Daily Digest Summary of all leads from the past 24 hours. Sent every morning.
Weekly Report Performance summary including:
- Total leads found
- Top leads of the week
- Platform breakdown
- Trends and insights
Enabling/Disabling Email Notifications
Toggle each notification type on or off independently.
Notification Frequency
Choose how often you want to be notified:
| Setting | Description | |---------|-------------| | Real-time | Immediate notification (hot leads only) | | Hourly digest | Batched every hour | | Daily digest | One email per day | | Off | No email notifications |
Recommended Settings
For active users:
- Real-time for hot leads (9-10)
- Daily digest for everything else
For occasional users:
- Daily digest only
- Weekly report enabled
Customizing Notification Triggers
Intent Score Threshold
Set the minimum intent score that triggers a notification.
- Default: 7+ (hot leads)
- Aggressive: 5+ (more notifications)
- Conservative: 9+ (only the best)
Platform Filters
Choose which platforms trigger notifications:
- All platforms
- Specific platforms only
Useful if you only want alerts for certain sources.
Quiet Hours
Set times when you don't want to receive notifications.
Example: No notifications between 10pm and 8am.
Notifications are held and delivered after quiet hours end.
